How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Oh no this is my least favourite question! It’s hard to say honestly, how do you convey an entire person in a few general words?

How long have you been a model?
Well, I’ve been doing shoots for about a year now, I still don’t know that I consider myself a model. I am signed to a small boutique agency out of Toronto but, baby steps!

How did you get into modelling?
It’s something I’ve wanted to do since I was a little girl! a photographer messaged me on insta asking if I’d be interested in doing a shoot and I’ve just gone from there.

How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
It was a lot of fun. It was the middle of winter though and we were outside, so I had on a crop top and jeans and kept having to throw my coat on between sets!

What does modelling mean to you?
I remember watching Victoria’s Secret show as a little girl and walking back and forth in front of the tv in my little princess dress up heels and ever since then it’s been something I knew I had to pursue. There’s really nothing else I could see myself doing long term.

A model you particularly admire?
Candice Swanepol is ultimate goals for me!!!!

If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
All over!!! Whenever I’m out I can’t help but think in terms of shoots, what would be a good look for that particular location and such.

What is your dressing style in everyday life?
Depends! At home I’m usually in sweats, I work as a lifeguard right now so at work, I’m in a bathing suit and my shorts and shirt, but when I go out I’m always dressed up - sometimes more than I need to be.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Spain!!!!!!

What is happiness?
I think it’s very subjective. You just have to find what works for you and live it. No one’s ever going to be happy 24/7 but so long as you know yourself and stay true to that person you’ll be okay.

Where can we find you on a Friday night?
Depends! Sometimes I’ll go out, sometimes I’m home with family, sometimes I’m cuddled up in bed binge watching tv. I’m definitely not a routine person.

What’s your next goal?
Moving out on my own!

How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Curious, caring and crazy.

How long have you been a model?
Roughly about 3 years.

How did you get into modelling?
I was at an event for a friend and was approached by a photographer to shoot. It sort of went from there.

How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
I was really nervous because I’d never imagined myself modelling and didn’t know what to expect. I wasn’t sure I’d be any good but I really enjoyed it and couldn’t wait to shoot more.

What does modelling mean to you?
At one point I stopped modelling for a bit because I questioned whether it was actually for me but I really missed it and realised it did mean a lot to me. Its a side of me, it expresses different emotions and energies and I always want to get better. I now can’t imagine not doing it.

A model you particularly admire?
Jean Shrimpton- beauty.

If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
Morocco because some of the locations are beautiful.

What is your dressing style in everyday life?
My fashion wears many faces, I dress depending on what mood I’m in.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
As long as there are sunflowers I don’t mind.

What is happiness?
Right now it’s the people I have in my life. I don’t know what I’d do without their support.
Obviously, everyone would agree it’s nice to have money for nice things but if you have no one to enjoy the nice things with what’s the point.

Where can we find you on a Friday night?
Well, I’m a vocal teacher as well so I usually teach Friday nights then come home an eat everything and anything. Wild.

What’s your next goal?
To mention two of my many goals: I currently study Fine Art at university so one would be to graduate and the other to travel to more places to shoot.

How long have you been a model?
I have been modeling since June of 2016, so it hasn’t even been a full year for me yet. In some respects, I feel like the last 10 months feel like 1 and in others, I feel like I’ve been doing this my whole life.

How did you get into modelling?
Before I was born my dad was a glamor photographer for a while through his college years, so growing up, my dad would always take pictures of us kids; my dad and I really bonded over our mutual passion for it. One of my fondest memories is critiquing the models on America’s Next Top model with my dad and it was there that I really caught the bug and decided to model some time in my future career.

How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
I am going to consider my “first shoot” as the first one I did after I decided to really be serious about modeling about 10 months ago even though I’ve been doing little armature photoshoots since I was very young. But my first shoot was a glamor/implied shoot in the rain during some of the worst storms Texas had seen in a decade, so the photographer and I decided to take full advantage of the opportunity. I brought my high school best friend with me to help out and to watch. I jumped into the shoot as if I had done 3 earlier that day, it was just so natural for me and I was having so much fun dancing around in the cold rain on a hot Texas day in June. It was love at first shot, and I haven’t been able to stop ever since!

What does modelling mean to you?
Modeling is an expression of art. As the model, my goal is 1 of 2 things (or both simultaneously). The first goal is obvious, to express my own vision, concept, or idea with a photo. The second goal and this one often get lost in translation with most models, is to be a tool for the photographer/makeup artist/fashion designer to help aid in expressing their vison or concept. As the model, it is my duty to assist and be an instrument in the big picture of the concept we are creating. As a specific color paint is but an accessory to a whole painting; it is my place to be an accessory used to create the overall work of art we are attempting to devise.

A model you particularly admire?
Gigi Hadid is the top model I am currently following but it seems so is the rest of the world right now. Gigi did something many models have been trying to do since the 90’s and early 2000’s since the real boom of the internet, and that is utilize the internet to propel their modeling career. Though many before her have tried and succeeded in a smaller scale, Gigi really revolutionized how we see modeling on the internet where as in the 90’s it would take years of runway shows and editorial shoots and making connections to get where she is, she did it in a matter of 2-3 years using social media to propel her career. She is the queen of social media in the modeling world and she is only a year older than myself. I look to her as an inspiration and a motivator to ask myself “why not me?”

If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
My dream location would have to be a tie between the Galapagos Islands and the Inca ruins in Peru! I know those are both very unique specific locations but along with being highly artistic I am also admittedly part nerd and both the scientific and historical significance of both of those locations is that draws me to them. One day I will shoot in both places.

What is your dressing style in everyday life?
Contrary to what most people would think from seeing my pictures or seeing me at work, on a day-to-day basis I dress very tomboy-esc, usually accessorizing with a snap back. I typically don’t wear any makeup or do anything to my hair. I figure I’ll have enough opportunity in my life time to get all dolled up that I should use my time off to give my skin and hair a rest and wear comfy clothes.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
These might seem like a ‘cop-out’ answer but I want to live in as many places as I can! One dream of mine is to own dozens of tiny houses around the world and be able to travel around between houses, each one being self-sustaining.

What is happiness?
This is such an interesting question, and if there was more time you could get me going for hours on this question alone because there are so many factors that affect happiness and how people see it and use it. My own personal happiness resides in succeeding and accomplishing my personal goals. Each step forward I take, each goal I set and accomplish is the driving force for my happiness, and us as humans constantly strive for our personal happiness. Luckily for me accomplishing my goals and my accomplishing my happiness go hand in hand.

Where can we find you on a Friday night?
Typically on a Friday night I will be working as a bartender and at the slight chance I’m not doing that then most likely I am at a networking event to help boost my career. When your career is your passion then working towards accomplishing that is like having time off. When you love your job you never work a day in your life is what they always say.

What’s your next goal?
The next thing coming from me will be a demo which will be just one song from my 5 song EP I will be releasing by the end of this year. The demo will be released within the next 6 months and shortly following that will come the other 4 songs. I have so many plans for my future mapped out for the next 10 years but as for the very next goal you will be hearing music coming from Gee Vee within the next few months, so stay tuned.

How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Social, strong personality and sensitive.

How long have you been a model?
I have been modeling about 1,5 years now.

How did you get into modelling?
Since I remember I wanted to be a model. But I was told I couldn’t because of my height and weight so at one point I kind of threw my dreams away. Then I met my boyfriend and he made me believe in my dreams again and here I am. The modeling started when I made my Instagram account and photographers were interested in shooting with me.

How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
I was so freaking nervous! Haha! And it was a boudoir shoot. But everything went well. The photographer was so nice and he made me feel so comfortable.

What does modelling mean to you?
It means expressing myself in a certain way. And owning my body. It’s one kind of art form to me.

A model you particularly admire?
Cara Delevingne. Gorgeous. I love how she shows her personality in photos.

If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
This is though question. I can’t say just one. I would like to shoot in Maldives, Santorini and in Island.

What is your dressing style in everyday life?
I dress really cozy but with an attitude.
I like to be different and dress the way I want to. It’s just one way of how I love to express myself.

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I think Finland is a great place to live but I have never felt that this is where I belong.
I would like to live in various cities. I have never been in New york but since I was a little kid I have always wanted to live there. But I also would like to live in Barcelona.
I’m so in loooove with that city, and one, I love speaking spanish❤️

What is happiness?
Happiness is doing what you love.

Where can we find you on a Friday night?
Probably at the gym haha! It’s the best day to workout because so many are in pubs and partying so you get the whole gym for yourself.

What’s your next goal?
My next goal is to be in a cover of some big paper magazine.
