How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Headstrong, independent and curious.
How long have you been a model?
I have only been modeling consistently for the past three months, but I did a few shoots off and on throughout the year.
How did you get into modelling?
A local photographer contacted me one day with hopes of shooting. From there, I was able to network with other photographers and continue receiving exposure.
How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
The shoot that I consider my first “real one” was with Azfaris Khamsidi and stylist Meggie Copeland. They are both so talented and creative. Although I was initially nervous, I became comfortable with them almost immediately and we were able to produce some very cool work. I have shot with many since then, but those two will always hold such a fond place in my heart because our first shoot is what gave me the confidence to continue pursuing modeling.
What does modelling mean to you?
To me, modelling represents self-expression in the rawest form.
A model you particularly admire?
This isn’t a present day example, but I really admire the variety of moods that young Angelina Jolie was able to convey in her photos from her modeling years. She had a lot of spunk and personality.
If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
I would love to have the opportunity to shoot in Italy or Spain. Really anywhere that I could experience being immersed in a different cultural atmosphere.
What is your dressing style in everyday life?
I like to dress comfortably most days, but still aim to incorporate fashion and not just appear bummy.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I can definitely see myself ending up on the west coast after school.
What is happiness?
Happiness is being able to continuously learn more about yourself and grow as a person from the experiences you have, and not allowing yourself to be defined by the situation.
Where can we find you on a Friday night?
I love going downtown and exploring the city, there is always more things to do and people to meet.
What’s your next goal?
My next goal is to find an agency that embraces various looks and body types. I want to be represented by an agency that does not add to the growing pressure that young girls feel to look one particular way to be considered beautiful.

How would you describe yourself in a few words?
I would describe myself as friendly, spontaneous.
How long have you been a model?
I actually have only been modeling for about 4 to 5 months now!
How did you get into modeling?
I was actually approached by a photographer who wanted to take pictures of me and decided why not!
How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
My first shooting was very awkward at first since I was not use to being in front of a camera and I didn’t which poses I should be doing. After a little while though, I started to give myself a pep talk and ended up falling in love with the whole process. The photographer did a really good job at making me feel comfortable by offering me water and playing music throughout the shoot.
What does modelling mean to you?
As cliche as it sounds, I see modeling as a form of art and a form of acceptance. I love the different perspectives I get to encounter throughout the photographers I meet. I also love it because it really makes you love yourself and accept your flaws as something that differentiates you from all the other beautiful models around you.
A model you particularly admire?
I have many models I admire but if I had to choose one I would say Dannie Riel.
If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
I’m honestly down to shooting anywhere, but if I had to shoot I would say Hawaii.
What is your dressing style in everyday life?
I love very cool tone colors and comfortable but cute styles. The pieces that I always gravitate towards would be a pair of shorts and a crop top!
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I honestly love Austin, it is where I was raised and forever has my heart. But I would love to travel to places like Australia, California, and Italy to live for a period of time.
What is happiness?
Happiness is renting a movie, grubbing on pizza and chocolate with lots of laughter in between!(:
Where can we find you on a Friday night?
I don’t go out much so you would probably find me either at home on Youtube or out doing active stuff like rock climbing or at the gym!
What’s your next goal?
My next goal would be to acquire a dental assistant license to jump start my experience for my future career.
