How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Driven, Strong, Dedicated, Free-spirited
How long have you been a model?
I have been modeling for about two years now and have recently started an Agency, Arrcus LLC.
How did you get into modelling?
I started modeling while I was working in retail at an electronic cigarette store. During this time, the advertising community for vaping was mainly driven by women about my age posting simple product promotion on their social media, so I decided to take a try. After about a month of cell phone photos, my boyfriend Justin (Instagram: @thebeardphotography) decided to invest in his first camera, a Canon 40 D and some lessons on photography from my extremely patient business partner John O’Neill (Instagram: @ojstyle). We started producing higher quality images as promotional work for online companies, but eventually found that wasn’t our ultimate goal. The goal slowly became learning/experiencing something new with individuals and capturing those moments. If I had to sum it up, I’d attribute my confidence about getting into modeling solely to Justin and John. Without their constant love, support, and endless hours of work, I would never have thought to begin this journey. Special thanks to the both of them.
How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
My first photo shoots were with my wonderful boyfriend, Justin. Most of that time we would tamper with lighting, camera functions, and honestly just learned as we went. My first photo shoot with an established photographer wasn’t until several months later. Charlie (Instagram: @charlieclassic) reached out to me about shooting at a few locations in the Nashville, TN area. Little did I know, these locations were roof tops filled with apartment owners and construction workers wandering eyes, and the upstairs portions of a blues bar while an open mic performances was ensuing. Charlie took me out of my element and truly showed me the meaning of giving all you’ve got to get an amazing photo during that shoot. At one point, we both were sitting on the ledge of this unbelievably windy rooftop while he did some portrait style photos. I sat there in my lingerie, glancing above through the taller buildings windows seeing people enjoying everyday activities, workers going about their day, and some staring down at me as interested in my to-do list on a Thursday afternoon as I was of theirs, and thought to myself “I wish I could share my view”. After receiving the photos, I found out the true meaning of modeling/photography, and was able to share that view. My first photo shoot was exhilarating, eye-opening, and created a long term friend I will never forget.

What does modelling mean to you?
Modeling to me is the ability to express an emotion, capture a moment, share a point of view, accepting yourself, and fully immerse yourself into the image.
If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
I would love to shoot in the desert. I have so many concept ideas for a dry sandy location.
What is your dressing style in everyday life?
If I’m spending time at my house then you can mostly find me in a comfortably pair of underwear and MAYBE a soft shirt. If I’m out and about I’m usually casually dressed, in a crop top or hoodie and some sort of shorts or boyfriend jean combination.
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I honestly love where I’m at! As long as I have the ability to travel, I’m happy to call Tennessee my home.
What is happiness?
Happiness is acknowledging all the good you already have in life.
Where can we find you on a Friday night?
You will find me out working or home enjoying the evening with my loved ones.
What’s your next goal?
My next goal is getting my clothing company up and running, Arrcus Apparel. I hope to have it up and going before the end of the year, so be on the lookout! ArrcusApparel.com
