How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Silly, introverted, eager to learn.

How long have you been a model?
About a year and a half now.

How did you get into modeling?
A friend of mine asked me to pose for her photography class project. Then another friend of mine, who is a professional photographer, asked me to pose for him. I loved the shots from that second photoshoot so much, that I decided to start a model mayhem page. The rest is history.

How was your first shoot? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
My first shoot involved posing on a Harley with a couple of other friends. In hindsight, my images didn’t turn out so great, but I’m so thankful for that experience because I probably would have never started modeling if I hadn’t done that shoot.

What does modeling mean to you?
For me, it’s a creative outlet. It’s a form of expression, a form of art. I hope that others will look at my art and understand that I am trying to express something, that I’m not just posing for a paycheck.

A model you particularly admire?
The first freelance model whose work I ever came across is Jordan Bunniie. She’s incredibly talented, and she expresses a range of emotions, moods, and themes in her work. Through her portfolio, I also discovered Brooke Eva, who has a similar aesthetic, and is equally talented. Jordan & Brooke’s portfolios resemble the aesthetic that I am hoping to achieve, more so than any other models who’s portfolios I’ve seen.

If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
I went to Ireland last year and would have loved to have shot there. Everywhere you looked was green and I kept thinking “that would be a great spot to shoot” as we were driving. I’d also like to shoot in Hawaii or anywhere tropical.

How would you describe your personal style?
My style is part rocker chick, part grunge, and part girly secretary. I’ll let you imagine what that looks like!

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I honestly love the Bay Area and can’t imagine leaving. Sometimes I think about running away to the tropics, but I’d miss living within a couple miles of Target.

What is happiness?
I think that’s different for everyone. For me, it’s knowing that I am loved, and that my life has meaning.

Where can we find you on a Friday night?
Eating pizza, watching netflix, and curled up in a pile of cats :)

What’s your next goal?
I would love for my images to be published in a print magazine.
