In a few words, tell us a little bit about yourself?
Australian fashion and commercial photographer. I love natural light and capturing unposed moments.
How long have you been a photographer?
I have been professional for around 3 years.
How did you discover photography?
I was drawn to Photography at a young age, there was something about being in a darkroom
How was your first shooting? What did you shoot?
I somehow managed to convince a client I could shoot wine bottles. It took me all night to figure out how to shoot it, however the result was not bad!
How would you describe your style?
Most of my images tend to look natural and unposed, I am always drawn to the shots that the model is not directly looking into camera. I love to have a slightly cinematic look to everything. Messy hair and no makeup.
I am a fashion photographer, however I like to have a slightly more artistic look. I hate the idea of my images being only about selling a product.
What does photography mean to you?
Everything. Photography is so important in everyone’s life. Everyone should take more photos.
What inspires you?
Natural light and the female body.
What would you like to photograph?
Kate Moss.
A photographer you particularly admire?
Annie Leibovitz and Lachlan Bailey
What is happiness?
Natural light and the female body ;)
If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
Paris is the best city on earth. I always feel so inspired when I visit.
What’s your next goal?
At this stage I am considering a move to LA to be closer to my market.
