How would you describe yourself in a few words?
Energetic, spontaneous, creative and open to what life brings.

How long have you been a model?
I started modelling when I was still studying 12 years ago.

How did you get into modelling?
Since I was a child, I always liked being in the picture. My dad was a hobby photographer and I was in a motherhood magazine as a baby. I think that is how it started. When I got older, I tried to be listed by a model agency, but after some rejections got disappointed. Then later when I went to university, I got some commercial modelling work through casting agencies. At the same time, I started TF modelling for amateur photographers regularly and got nice beauty and fashion pictures. When I got my first job, I had less time for this. It was only about 1,5-2 years ago that I did my first glamour and artistic nude shoot. I felt more confident and loved the new way of expressing myself. The pictures were great and I used them to get paid work which is now going really well. I actually started freelancing last summer.

How was your first shooting? Tell us a bit about that first experience.
How boring, but my very first shoot I can’t even remember! I did so many back then… The most memorable shoot is the first glamour shoot I did. It was both exciting and scary to take off my clothes, but fortunately, it was a great female photographer. The pics are still among the ones I love most.

What does modelling mean to you?
I absolutely love modelling. I am excited for every shoot I do, from discussing make-up style and clothing through to creating a mood board and the shoot itself. It’s a way for me to express myself, be creative, show my femininity and feel beautiful.

A model you particularly admire?
I have some models whose work I love and admire. Most are close to me and I actually know in person. And I admire them too because of their great personality. One of them is Zoi Morgan, I simply love her work.

If you could choose, where would you like to shoot?
Haha that’s an easy one, some exotic place: sea, beach, nature. Doesn’t necessarily need to be the other side of the world. I have often been to Italy and the seaside near Gargano or Puglia is amazing. Sicily and Sardinia are wonderful too. But I would also like to shoot in a city location, a New York rooftop or the streets of Paris and Rome.

What is your dressing style in everyday life?
Most of the clothes I wear in my pictures are my own. I have a lot of short dresses, and one thing I always wear is high heels :)

If you could live anywhere, where would it be?
I live in Amsterdam, moved here a few months ago and it is a dream come true. So I actually am quite happy. But if I were free to go anyplace it would be Italy.

What is happiness?
To me, happiness is a life filled with love, freedom, health, fun and a place to feel at home. Haha pretty much like I am living right now.

Where can we find you on a Friday night?
Either having a drink in a nice bar here in Amsterdam, out for dinner or lying on my couch watching a detective with my hubby.

What’s your next goal?
I have started a painting course last year, with oil paint in a realistic style. I had so much fun and am pretty good at it too. I want to learn to draw next. And I want to start photography as a hobby and who knows if I’m good at it I can gradually make the transition as I probably won’t be a model forever :)
